Clients and Project Partners:
We are writing to let you know that it is our intent to comply with the Governor’s Mandate, even though it will change the way we are allowed to operate. We will continue to operate to the best of our abilities with the tools we are allowed to use.
• Therefore as mandated by Governor Wolf, we are required to cease operations at our office except for equipment and general maintenance.
• However we will be continuing to work on your projects to the best of our ability and to the fullest extent permitted by the mandate and future modifications (which we hope occur).
• Our staff has been in the office today, March 20th, collecting items to continue their work.
• All of our employees will be set up to work remotely.
• You will be able to call our office and leave a voice message, we will be checking that frequently. It would be beneficial when you call in to provide a brief description of the reason for your call so that we are prepared when we respond.
• However, we would suggest that you email us and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible.
• We will be continuing to work on all projects and making the necessary submissions on time. However at this time, we do not know how each of the jurisdictional authorities will be handling the mandate.
• We have already seen a slowdown in getting responses from state agencies and expect this to continue.
• As of now, it appears that municipal engineers, who are outside consultants, will be working. However, they are under the same directives as we are. We are working with as many of them as we can, so that we have as much “pre-approved’ when we are able to proceed with the entitlements.

Thank you for your understanding during these circumstances. We will do everything in our power to adjust as conditions change to try to keep your projects on schedule. We do need your cooperation that as we are working on your projects, you continue to make payment. If there is a problem with this please let us know as soon as possible. We will be getting into additional expenses as we make this work, so we need this cash flow to pay these expenses and to continue to pay our dedicated employees.
