Exhibit E: Work Product

The product of the Newton Engineering Group, P.C.’s service on this project will be non-modifiable prints or non-modifiable electronic files either .pdf or .dwf files of the final drawings and reports. If electronic copies of these files are requested, the person requesting said files should be responsible for executing the Engineer/Surveyor’s Typical Electronic Data Transfer Agreement and be responsible for any additional costs to provide these files in the format requested.

All working files, both prints and electronic, remain the property of the Newton Engineering Group, P.C.
